My experience with the staff, particularly Mr Uzzal Hosen, was outstanding. he provided excellent service and made sure my stay was comfortable. I had a wonderful stay, as the hotel is just a short walk of less than 5 minutes to Masjid al-Haram and there are beautiful parks nearby for a peaceful evening stroll, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot.

I had a fantastic stay , everything was well coordinated and the staff were rocks who made us feel at home. During breakfast , the young man named Nawaz was extremely attentive and even remembered my coffee preference which left quite an impression, not something you expect from just anyone.

Of course , it wasn't cheap , but totally acceptable for what you get.
